SonLokos is a musical group that was born in the city of Miami at the beginning of 2012, proposing a fusion of son and other traditional Cuban rhythms such as Afro-Cuban music and timba, with elements of hip-hop, electronic music, rap, reggaeton and trap.
SonLokos is characterized by the cadence and freshness of its sound that goes from son to discharge and also warms up the dance floor with reggaeton and timba. The result is danceable and contagious music that makes it practically impossible for dancers to leave the dance floor. His repertoire includes classics such as “Fundamento” and “Yo no soy liar” along with original songs such as the single from his first album “Se te va la guagua” and Goza el Party.
The members of Sonlokos are excellent musicians, who are part of the rich musical scene of Miami, a unique phenomenon throughout the country due to its rhythm, strength and diversity.
SonLokos, has the direction of Raymer Olalde on timbales and vocals. In addition to being nominated for a Grammy and a Latin Grammy as part of the group PALO!
